How does the free trial work?
Set up your group, invite the people you want to hear from, and try everything for 30 days — no credit card required. If So tell us isn’t for you, the trial simply ends. No invoice arrives.
What happens when the trial ends?
We email you before it ends. If you want to keep going, you add a payment method (card or SEPA direct debit). If not, no more letters go out. Your answers stay, and you can subscribe any time later.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, under Group ▸ Manage ▸ Billing. Monthly runs to the end of the month, yearly to the end of the paid year. No notice period, no minimum term.
Can I add or remove members later?
Of course. Up to 5 members are included in the base price. From the 6th onwards it’s €1 per month (or €10 per year) each — pro-rated for the current period. If someone leaves, the difference is balanced on your next billing cycle.
